Here is what to do in 4 easy steps

Contact us
We want to make sure that you are happy with your new item. Before organising a return please contact us to see what options are available to you. We may be able to exchange for another size, or even adjust any parts of your item to make it perfect for you.

Prepare the return box
In the box that arrived with your items you will find a return label and all necessary documents already printed. You will need to pack the items that you are returning into the box, stick the DHL label onto the outside (removing the original labels) and then stick the document folder (with all documents that were inside) to the outside of the box too.

Prepare for the courier
There are a couple of options for getting the package to us:
- Leave the package at a DHL access point near you.
- Arrange a pickup from your house using the link below.
- Ask us to arrange the pickup. You will need to give us a day and times that you will be at home for the courier to come and collect.

Wait for the refund
Once we receive your item we will check to ensure it is in its original condition (unworn, tags attached etc). At that point we will either start any exchange or adjustments agreed in step 1, or process your refund. You will receive a confirmation that the refund has been processed and it can take 5-10 working days to show on your statement.
REMEMBER:
You can start a return up to 14 days after the pieces have been delivered.
The items must be returned in the following condition:
Unused/unworn
Tags still attached
In the original packaging
Personalised items cannot be returned for a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
